  I'm giving 1 star because customer service is huge to me. Yes, my coffee was good but the girl that took my order was a total brat! I asked for a mocha made with chocolate milk instead of white milk and her response was "Um, no. We don't have chocolate milk. You can have regular milk with Hershey's syrup, which is the exact same thing as chocolate milk." Umm.. no.. actually it's not "the exact same thing"! I know the difference, and Hershey's tastes like crap. I then decided I didn't want that since I don't like the way they make it, and I ordered something completely different and she rolled her eyes at me!! I want to give no stars due to her horrible attitude. The owner came out and was super nice to us but if she doesn't already know how snotty her worker is, then she needs to know.. whoever was working on 10/01/15 at about 10:45-11:00ish am... needs an attitude adjustment! I wouldn't want someone with such horrible customer service working for me.
