It is very much like what you might get in an Italian bakery as I did a child. It has a thin layer of red sauce, sundried tomatoes, olives and cheese. However if you are looking for American pizza covered by 3 pounds of cheese you won't be ordering this. It has a wonderful, light combination of just the right crust to topping ratio. The other breads and rolls here are authentic and I am sure you will find something that will please your taste. I did and more!July 05, 2016
